Terms of service

The short version, then the plain version. There is no long version.

Effective September 2, 2026. Operated by Kaivora LLC.

What ExecutorLedger is

Record-keeping software for estate executors: a ledger, an inventory, and exportable accounting documents built from what you enter. It explains how estate accounting works in general terms.

What it is not

  • Not legal advice, and not a law firm. Nothing here is advice about your situation, and using it creates no attorney-client relationship. Estate law is state-specific and fact-specific; consult a licensed attorney.
  • Not court forms. Exports follow the general style of named formats. They are not official forms, and we don’t warrant that any document satisfies any particular court. Review with your attorney before signing, circulating, or filing.
  • Not an accountant. The math is checked to the penny against what you enter — the entering is yours.

Pricing and refunds

Recording is free. Exporting is a one-time $149 per estate, which unlocks that estate’s exports permanently. If it didn’t work out, email us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund — no forms, no argument.

Your data, your responsibility, our limits

  • You’re responsible for the accuracy of what you enter and for who you invite.
  • We work hard to keep the service available and your data safe, but we provide the service “as is,” and our total liability for any claim is capped at what you paid us for the estate involved.
  • Export your records any time; deletion on request is real and permanent.

Changes and contact

If these terms change materially, we’ll email you before the change applies. Questions: support@executorledger.com.

Explains mechanics, never legal advice — review exports with your attorney.
