How it works
We give you a discount code named for your business. You hand it to families however you like: on a card, in a folder, in an email. When a family is ready to export their documents, they enter the discount code on the checkout page and pay $99 (one-time payment) for the estate instead of $149. Recording is free for as long as the estate takes, with or without a discount code, so there is no pressure moment: the discount code only matters months later, when the documents are due.
What the family gets
A ledger built for estates: every receipt and disbursement, the inventory, distributions per beneficiary, and the deadlines for their state with the statute behind each. The records become court-style documents in their state’s own format, previewed free with their real numbers. With your discount code, $99 (one-time payment) for the estate lifts the watermark from every document, for the life of the estate. Usually less than one attorney hour, and typically reimbursable by the estate. Full refund within 14 days, and their records export free at any time.
What it costs you
Nothing. There are no fees, no contracts, no minimums, and no signup beyond one email. We share no data with you and collect none about you: we never know who you handed a card to, only that a discount code was used. That is by design. Our privacy page promises families no trackers and no pixels, and the partner program keeps that promise too.
Who it fits
Funeral homes and their aftercare programs. Hospice and palliative social workers. Estate-sale and clean-out companies. Accountants and enrolled agents who see the estate at tax time. Financial advisors whose clients become executors. If families ask you “what do I do now?”, this is a concrete thing to hand them.
