About ExecutorLedger

ExecutorLedger is built and operated by Kaivora LLC, a New Jersey company.

Kaivora LLC · 971 US Highway 202N, Ste N, Branchburg, NJ 08876

Why it exists

Settling an estate hands an ordinary person a bookkeeping job with legal consequences attached. The usual choices are an attorney’s bill or a bare spreadsheet. ExecutorLedger sits between the two: it records what the estate receives and pays, and turns that record into the court-style accounting your state expects, with the statute behind each deadline cited.

We launched in 2026.

What it costs

Recording is free for as long as the estate takes. Exporting your records is free at any time, whether or not you ever pay us. The court-style documents are $149 (one-time payment) per estate, and a full refund is one email away within 14 days of paying. Usually less than one attorney hour, and typically reimbursable by the estate.

What it is not

ExecutorLedger is software, not a law firm. It does not give legal advice, and every export should be reviewed with your attorney before it is signed, circulated, or filed.

Keeping the books for an estate?

Recording is free for as long as the estate takes: the ledger, the inventory, the distributions, and the deadlines for your state. Every document opens as a free preview with your own numbers. $149 (one-time payment) per estate lifts the watermark. Refund within 14 days, and your records export free at any time.
